Account Executive – Salford Quays- Salary TBC
Permanent, Full-time, Mon-Fri (37.5 hours)

Job Purpose

The role of Account Executive is really important to us. This is an exciting, varied and sometimes challenging role that will see you on the frontline of our Company being the first point of contact for our clients. The Account Executive will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, be a diligent worker, able to prioritise under pressure, and follow through on actions. This role is an essential part of the sales team, building supportive and trusting relationships with customers and clients and also key stakeholders across the business.

We would love to welcome you to our Salford office, working hours of Monday-Friday 37.5 hours.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Front line answering of the sales phone extension and providing prices / information as requested for any new and existing business opportunities
  • Processing orders and/or taking details and forwarding to the appropriate member of the sales team for different channel enquiries or quote requirements
  • Ensure all leads are populated on the pipeline and VUEpoint customer screens completed with all details given promptly
  • Responding to emails received to the shared new business email address and providing assistance personally or forwarding to the appropriate member of the team and ensuring they respond accordingly
  • Preparing a range of quotes once a consultation with client has taken place to meet customer needs and assisting the wider team and business.
  • Ensure that all orders are updated and populated with all necessary documentation/special instructions to allow the operations team to book the customer installations
  • Managing the CRM: updating with all new contacts, details and updating sales pipeline.
  • Send customer account forms to customers and liaise with accounts to open account and check payment received prior to Despatch if proforma
  • Follow sales process to ensure that all clients requirements are understood and satisfied
  • Manage own time to ensure all opportunities are followed up and detailed in CRM
  • Arrange demonstrations and meetings with clients to understand the VUE proposition and liaise with the business to ensure all departments are involved when required
  • Onboarding new clients and facilitate training sessions and support
