VUE Joins the CEA

A new chapter in the construction industry

VUE is thrilled to announce its membership with the CEA, a move that marks an exciting step forward in enhancing safety and operational efficiency on construction sites. With over 20 years of experience delivering advanced camera and telematics solutions to fleets, we are proud to expand our technology into construction by joining forces with CEA.

Construction Equipment Association started their work in 1942, since then they have become a trade association representing the UK construction equipment industry. They also provide global representation through trade shows and various market opportunities. Additionally, providing insights from a technical and regulatory perspective along with market advice.

Our HFR (Human Form Recognition) System integrates cameras, telematics, and AI to address critical safety challenges on construction sites. By using our exclusive Human Form Recognition (HFR) cameras and machine learning-powered algorithms, vehicle operators can accurately detect people near plant machinery and vehicles, significantly reducing the risk of accidents.

The HFR system provides real time visual and audio alerts in-cab, warning the machine operator of potential dangers. It provides HD images which highlight risks, enabling operators to take necessary actions to avoid hazards. Potential hazards are picked up by 3 zones set around the machines on both sides and the rear. Anything picked up by the system, can be seen on our platform VUEhub, which allows for proactive and reactive safety measures which can be used as training programs ensuring incidents don’t keep repeating themselves.

We’re excited to collaborate with the CEA and contribute to making construction sites safer and more efficient with our AI technology and services.
