Our Approach to CSR
Environmental
We uphold our environmental efforts through a strong commitment to clear environmental targets, reinforced by comprehensive employee training. Our eco-friendly fleet consists of modern, low-emission vehicles equipped with telematics to minimize fuel waste. We actively reduce waste by recycling materials and working with licensed waste contractors.
Energy and resource efficiency remain a priority as we closely monitor usage and implement strategies to lower consumption. Whenever possible, we use sustainable materials such as FSC-certified or recycled paper, which we also repurpose for packaging. Strict pollution prevention measures ensure we protect the environment from contamination. To conserve energy, all equipment—except for computers and servers—is turned off daily.
Our dedication to sustainability is further reflected in our compliance with ISO 14001, demonstrating our commitment to continual improvement and pollution prevention. Above all, we adhere to all environmental regulations and standards, ensuring our practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Social
VUE is committed to continuously strengthening our Corporate Social Responsibilities by actively engaging with our surrounding communities and prioritising the health and wellbeing of our staff. We support our employees with 24/7 assistance through the MetLife Employee Assistance Programme, alongside workplace wellbeing initiatives such as company walks, a cycle-to-work scheme, a running club, and dedicated wellbeing sessions.
Our focus on training and community engagement includes iHASCO courses covering inclusion, mental health, and diversity, as well as ongoing fundraising efforts for charities and food bank donations. Sustainability and energy efficiency remain at the core of our operations, with energy-saving measures such as LED lighting, efficient boilers, and smart heating systems.
We are proud to use 100% renewable electricity from Opus Energy and carbon-offset gas from British Gas. Additionally, our eco-friendly approach extends to WEEE-compliant disposal, reduced travel emissions, and a modern Euro 6 fleet designed for lower environmental impact.

A Work in Progress
